Outstanding Service Technician - Evan Watson
My aircondition unit malfunctioned on Sunday, July 3, 2011. I had not needed prior service and therfore did not have a preferred service. Because it was an extremely hot July 4th weekend, I had little hope of a service call for several days.
Fortunately, I call Drawdy's and in less than three hours, Mr. Evan Watson arrived at my home. This superb young technician immediately impressed me with his knowledge and professional attitude. In a very short period of time, he was able to correct the problem and provide me with a perfectly operating unit.
Words cannot adequately express the value of this fine young man. In my opinion, your company is fortunate to have this talentaed and personable person in their employ. Because of him, all my future calls will be made to Drawdy's.
