I can not say enough about what a wonderful company Drawdy's is.. Excellent service. They come when they say they will, and if they are delayed, they call and tell you 🙂 Today Mike Miller came and had my heat going again in no time.. He got our problem fixed and AC going on the last service call he answered.. Purchased the system from them in 2007.. I can't remember Even's last name, but he and Mike and several other crew members did such a wonderful job.. I must say, if you need service for heat or air, you should not call anyone else 🙂

My wife and I are so thankful for your help. The same day I called about our heating system failing, you sent Evan who came out and fixed it right away. The service was great! And I will surely recommend Drawdy's Heating and Air to everyone I know.

Even though we were first time clients, we were treated as though we had been doing business with them for years! We are a business that recently requested services from you guys and I could not be more pleased. I called Drawdy's as a second opinion to our usual contractor and even after I called the problem in as the first company had diagnosed it and you guys went to the trouble to order the part, sight unseen, your technician Evan was honest and professional enough to inform me that our actual problem was something other that the original diagnosis from the other company. He could have easily made the unnecessary repair in addition to the correct repair and we may have never known. We will now be giving all our business to Drawdy's-when you find an honest professionally staffed service company you want to hold onto to them!

Drawdy's is an excellent company. Very reasonable prices and are able to work with ANY schedule. Great for an emergency situation. They are very up front and honest. My service technician, Evan was very kind and knowledgeable. He came out on a Sunday per my request. I was very impressed with this service. Amazing price, helpful and respectful staff, convenient.

Words cannot express our gratitude for the outstanding service Drawdy’s Heating and AC has provided our family. Especially today of all days. We just experienced a death in the family and today the AC quit. I called Drawdy’s and they were able to dispatch a technician to repair the unit at 9pm!
