Owner
Rusty has proudly led Drawdy’s Heating & Air since 2000. He is married to the founder’s daughter and continues the legacy with all three of their children who also work in the family business. As the driving force behind our honest, customer-centered approach to business, Rusty creates a welcoming environment where every team member feels like family.
Luke
Construction Department Lead
Luke is the grandson of our founder and has been part of the Drawdy’s team since 2016. He leads our new construction department. Recently married, Luke is proud to continue the family legacy as part of the third generation at Drawdy’s Heating & Air.
Terrence

Terrence has been with Drawdy’s Heating & Air for 8 years and is our go-to expert for new equipment installations. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him out on the golf course enjoying his free time.

Evan has been a valued part of the Drawdy’s Heating & Air team for over 20 years. Known as our expert technician, he brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of HVAC. He’s also our unofficial “tech guy,” with a passion for gaming and technology in his free time. Evan has been married for 23 years, with four children and one granddaughter.

Joey has been with Drawdy’s Heating & Air since 2015 and is one of the mechanical license holders on our team. He’s been married for six years and is a proud dad to a 4-year-old son. Outside of work, Joey enjoys golfing, working on cars, and spending time with his family.
